8:00 - Wake up and meditate for 10 minutes. 🧘

8:30 - 9:30 - Swim at the Y/shower on MWF 🏊‍♂️

9:30 - Breakfast 🍳

10:00 - Arrive at studio via Metro 🚊

10:30 - Check in with EA on priorities of the day and any emails/calls needed  ****📧

11:00 – 2:00 – Most energy and focus of the day for admin/mgmt tasks and meetings. Work on the most impactful tasks and projects. 🎯

12 – 12:45  Lunch Block 🥗

2 - 5:00  Working on music open to talking to people, but would like to focus on checking on studio engineers, working on music. 🎼

5:15 – 5:30 Prepare for the next day and head home 🏠

6:00 - My workday is over. If she has any music events to attend that evening she will, but otherwise this is DND period until 9am the next day. Quality time with Billie, Friends, Family, the dog and Myself.
